we have been to bertolo's a couple of times and over all its a pretty good pizza. it is no match for titos, but it will do in a pinch. last night my wife and i went there for our date night and were very disappointed. when our pizza arrived it was over cooked, usually we are not the type to complain however it definitly had a burnt flavor. when i told the girl at the counter she directed me to the manager and i told him of our problem. it was like pulling teeth to get a new pizza, the converstation literally went like this: Rob: "im sorry i hate to complain but i think our pizza is over cooked" Manager: "ok" Rob: "it just has a really burnt taste" Manager: "ok" Rob: "i mean... can i get a new one?" Manager: "well..... i... i guess, its gonna be a few minutes though" that is no way to retain customers, especcially over something so cheap to remake as a pizza. like i said the pizza is decent but with customer service like that i would rather take my business to one of the other 15 pizzerias around town.
